Queensland Day Awards 2017

I am delighted that on Monday 5th June, the eve of Queensland Day, I will be meeting all the volunteers who have been nominated by their organisations to receive a 2017 Queensland Day award. 

The celebrations will be held at The J, Noosa Junction - starting at 4.30pm

The award winning soul music ensemble who've played at the Noosa Jazz Festival, the Dingo Creek Jazz Festival, the Gympie Muster

State Member for Noosa, Glen Elmes MP is once again calling upon local volunteering groups to select one outstanding member from their organisation to be rewarded at the 2017 Noosa Electorate Queensland Day Awards, on Monday 5 June 2017.

Glen invites local community, sporting and special interest groups to nominate their very own Queenslander to be acknowledged for their selfless work at a Queensland Day Award Ceremony.

Below is the form for each organisation to complete and on Monday 5 June 2017, Glen will present an Award to one volunteer - from each group - with a Noosa Electorate Queensland Day Award Medallion and a Certificate of Recognition.
